As a Blount Beginnings volunteer, you will work directly with our clients, helping them prepare for, find, and retain employment. By providing job skills training, individualized support, and encouragement, you will empower people to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their personal and professional goals, setting them up to achieve long-term success in the job market.
