• Exchanges for Defective Items:

  • We strive for quality in every product we produce. In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist with an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defect.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our products and our mission to directly allocate funds to our community programs, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than product defects.
